At DMAASA, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Log in to your DMAASA account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order ID and email address.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and invoices are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
